Orphan Justice Center

Challenge
Orphan Justice Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit that exists to bring awareness to the global orphan crisis, prepare parents for adoption, and support families in the post-adoptive process. Prior to reaching out, OJC suffered a poorly executed rebrand that left them with incoherent messaging and a broken, incomplete website. With new leadership and an eagerness to build a fresh start, OJC asked us to help them reconstruct their brand identity, rebuild their internal infrastructure, and present their organization to the world again.

Solution
Goldenrealm administered a total rebrand for OJC, from strategy to execution, with new brand identity, messaging and positioning, a fresh logo design, media assets, and core fundraising materials. We gave leadership to the development of their organizational infrastructure and established systems for their team.

We upgraded their Donor Management System and custom built a responsive website. We led marketing strategy, launched their first campaign, managed organic posts, ran social advertisements, and kicked-off their new blog.


Results
Goldenrealm successfully reestablished a beloved brand, reengaged their followers, and grew their audience.

Within the first few months after the launch, we made over 600K impressions and garnered over 20K engagements. We steadily grew followers across social platforms, and gained new subscribers every month. We drove brand awareness, generated leads, and captured emails. We lowered ad costs-per-click down to cents, and saw 173% increase in monthly donations. We raised over $30,000 from the Case for Support mailer campaign alone.

 

Christian Working Woman

Challenge
Christian Working Woman is a messaging platform, resource center, and online community that encourages and equips Christian women in the workplace. They sought to gain understanding of the effectiveness of their current systems —particularly in regards to donor processes— discover their gaps, and receive a strategic roadmap to guide them forward.


Solution
Goldenrealm conducted a Donor Management Systems Audit, which included in-depth analysis on practices and performance across platforms, channels, and sites.


Results
Goldenrealm produced an 85-page report detailing observations, insights, and opportunities about their current: messaging, communication, donor stewardship, donor retention, cultivation practices, and fundraising techniques. We also designed a strategic roadmap to break down our recommendations into achievable next steps.
